A new article in TIME magazine suggests that geo-engineering the planet may be the only way forward to prevent the climate “collapsing”.
Bryan Walsh’s article, entitled Can Geoengineering Help Slow Global Warming?suggests that through the use of fossil fuels we are “already geoengineers” and that “we might as well get good at it.”
“If we geoengineered the earth into a mess with our uncontrolled appetite for fossil fuels, maybe we have to geoengineer our way out of it” Walsh writes, citing a new paper by the think tank Copenhagen Consensus on Climate.
In the paper, co-author Lee Lane cites all the usual suggestions of how the planet could be cooled including space mirrors, seawater-mist and man-made volcanoes.
The most prominent form of geoengineering suggested in the paper, however, comes in the form of spraying sulfur into the air.
“One way to turn down the thermostat would be to spread sulfur particles into the atmosphere, either through artillery or with airplanes, thickening the air enough so that it would bounce some sunlight back …it would need to be done continuously, to keep up with the intensifying greenhouse effect.” the article explains.
As we previously highlighted when this issue last hit the headlines, the process described here is already being conducted by government-affiliated universities, government agencies, and on a mass scale through chemtrail spraying.
The study of past and ongoing upper atmosphere aerosol programs confirms that the government has been active in this field for years.
The topic of geoengineering came to the fore back in April when Obama’s science czar John Holdren commented in an AP interview that he was pushing for radical terra forming programs to be explored.
Holdren’s suggestions for planetary geoengineering exactly mirrored those in publications penned by the elite internationalist group The Council On Foreign Relations, who also called for the implementation of a global Carbon Tax in 1999.
The Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy then back pedaled 360 degrees on his own comments when the wider media picked up on them and turned them into major headlines.
Holdren’s interest in radical geoengineering programs should be of great concern to the American people and the rest of the world given that he has also advocated extreme population control techniques including forced abortions and mass sterilization all under the oversight of a “Planetary Regime”.
Impossible, you say? That must be an exaggeration or a hoax. If you don’t believe it you can read it for yourself in Holdren’s own book Ecoscience, co-authored in 1977. Excerpts of the book can also be found in another of our previous articles on Holdren here.
Interestingly, Lee Lane, the author of the new geoengineering paper, is also a fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, a common hangout for neoconservatives such as John Bolton, David Frum, Irving Kristol, Richard Perle, Paul Wolfowitz and John Yoo.
The AEI is renowned for casting doubt on the theory of human caused global warming, and is heavily funded by energy companies, but it is also best known as a forum to engender business opportunities.
These tentative announcements and recycling of ideas to terra form the planet constitute a first step toward introducing the idea to the wider public.
One of the accepted truisms of scientific study is the fact that if scientists are proposing an idea, then those scientists with access to the bottomless pit of black-budget secret government funding are already doing it.
It is highly likely that sulfur spraying and chemtrails are merely one manifestation of “geo-engineering” that is taking place without proper debate, notification or any form of legality, and with a callous disregard for the potential dangers to both our health and our environment.

“Don’t confuse this with contrails”, said Vereecke. “Those are harmless condensation trails that are only visible for a few seconds. On the other hand chemtrails are clouds of chemicals and disease causing germs that are deliberately sprayed on us to manipulate our behaviour. De councilmen and – women were stunned and listened to his every word. At last some other subject than a loose tile or a backed-up sewage pipe.
“I hope that the city council mobilizes all possible government ministries to fight this mental and physical attack. I have already filed two complaints with the local police, but they don’t to anything with it”, said Vereecke. Could it be that they had a good laugh with it?
The internet is full of conspiracy theories about chemtrails: the spray planes that are supposedly being used to conduct massive sterilisations in populated areas, for large vaccination campaigns and genetic manipulation of humans and plants, for the spread of epidemics, for the subjugation of populations, to manipulate weather and to combat climate change. Or a combination of the above.
“I find the theories all very interesting but I don’t choose a side” says alarmist Vereecke. "I’m only saying that the chemtrails have provable effects on our health en that they are being conducted by hidden power structures behind the veil of the official political world. Don’t make any illusions: what we see are merely puppets. Even Barack Obama is a puppet. De real powers are hidden under the lee."
Can you be more specific? Who are the people that are really pulling the strings?
Peter Vereecke: “Those are the co-called Illuminati, the enlightened ones. They are members of secret societies like the Bilderberg group, but are also active in business and global organisations like the United Nations and NATO. It’s not about one certain group but about a type of person with a certain DNA that is common in higher levels of power: people that do not care about the value of human life and are obsessed with power, money and control.
Names, give us a few names.
“Take Al Gore for example. He is member of the illuminati. His message about global warming only has one purpose: money. Because worldwide we will have to pay for the coming measures. That will result in higher taxes and higher food prices and environmental measures in business. That will result in a massive cash-flow. Meanwhile it is confirmed that human activity only accounts for 3% of the global warming.”
But what does Al Gore have to do with chemtrails?
“My point is this: all global processes revolve around money, power and control. De brains behind the chemtrails are at the top level of the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. 100 years ago for example, 1% of people got cancer. Today that number is one in three. Dat is very convenient for some people. The cancer cure industry is a billion dollar business. Just like the treatment of so many other diseases that are skyrocketing in the last 10-15 years. Alzheimer, Parkinson, autism, ADHD, asthma, diabetes, allergies,…we have never been so sick as now. Our physical, emotional and intellectual health is being systematically undermined. How do you explain that?”
Chemtrails?
“Voilà. They certainly play a role in this because the spray planes are being used more intensively the last few years. You can observe the phenomenon in our country at least 10 days per month. Why don’t you see these chemtrails above the Sahara of the Amazon? Spraying chemicals over there would be useless as there are no people living there. Our whole environment is chemicalized: our food, healthcare, everything is based on chemistry.”
No one takes action…
“Because our thinking processes are being conditioned. Look at the eyes of the people in the street, they are medicated and walk around like zombies. A dull look without "joie de vivre" and without an outlook on life. Hence my crusade: people wake up, open you eyes, act before it is too late…”
“I will call the current mayor to hear what he is going to do with my message. I want him to make clear to the higher bodies that people are concerned. The Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of the Interior, the Department of Health, the Ministry of the Environment… they need to be told about these concerns and our outrage. New revelations have shed more light on weather modification programs, also referred to as geo-engineering, commonly called chem-trails. The “new” terminology, ‘Precipitation Enhancement‘, has revealed government and governmental contractors have been dispersing chemicals into the atmosphere on a regular basis for decades, dating back to the 1950’s. There are currently at least 10 precipitation programs underway in Texas, covering more than 50 million acres, under the Edwards Aquifer Authority since 1999. California has cloud seeding programs underway under the authority of Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E).
Water management is the supposed justification for many of these programs, but upon further investigation, flash flooding and severe thunderstorms are typical results. As a side note, flood insurance in Texas is hard to obtain.
The U.S. Military has been involved in weather modification for half a century, and the extent to which they have progressed is still unknown, however we do know that droughts, floods and general degradation of enemy forces are a few objectives the Air Force can produce. This document describes the known uses for military applications of weather modification, and this link will take you to a database of weather modification PDFs.
We now have documentation revealing Geo-engineering (1), (2), (3), (4), Weather Modification (5), and Precipitation Enhancement (6), from governments, universities, private companies and public companies such as water districts. The debate about whether or not chemicals are being dispersed in our sky on a regular basis should now shift to focusing on what recourse we the people have to stop these unnatural and harmful secret programs.
As stated above, “Local, non-permanent changes, such as precipitation enhancement, hail suppression, fog and cloud dispersal, are permitted under the U.N. treaty banning weather modification”, conveniently enough, due to legal loopholes. If you obtain a permit, you can modify the weather, just be sure to follow the 200 pages of guidelines.
The chemtrails phenomena is silently and slowly killing unknown numbers of people worldwide, according to credible researchers.
Rarely a day goes by when the skies aren’t lined with white lines coming from the rearend of large jets flying approximately at 32,000 feet.
After the aerosol fumes are sprayed they linger in the sky, causing dark, unnatural clouds.
Most people pass this off as jetliner exhaust, never making the connection between the early morning white lines and the late afternoon dark clouds.

These past two days there has been a dramatic Chemtrail assault around much of New England [and reportedly on the West Coast too].
Friday morning, April 17 at 6 a.m., the sky was a vibrant deep rose-red, dotted with synthetic blackish clouds. By mid-morning, the cloud cover had changed to artificial, Chemtrail-laden clouds that resembled Morgellons with tendrils. Later in the morning, many counties saw sometimes more than eight planes in the sky, going about their nefarious work making miles and miles of toxic parallel lines.
How could anyone look up at the sky and think this was normal?
With this latest toxic offensive, the air now smells full of chemicals. There is no such a thing as “fresh air” anymore. By mid-afternoon, the sky was entirely blanketed with a greyish-white covering. It lasted the rest of the day and into Saturday.
Meanwhile, there are many reports of hard-to-cure upper respiratory illnesses (colds, severe hacking coughs, bronchitis, pneumonia). Children and the elderly seem hardest hit. It takes weeks and weeks (sometimes two months!) to get over these illnesses. Many people I know are going to work with pneumonia! What some doctors are diagnosing as colds or bronchitis are not the usual variety that we had prior to about 2000. Drugs do not seem to be working. Alternative choices seem to be doing better. Upper respiratory illnesses are now the third leading cause of death. Five years ago, lung illnesses ranked number eight.
All mammals are targeted. So animals, too, are suffering. Domestic cats and dogs have chronic itchy skin. This also can be seen with farm animals (cows, sheep, pigs, and goats). In my own backyard (and those of many neighbors), the squirrels, hedgehogs, and an occasional raccoon are always scratching themselves. (At this time of year, no mosquitoes or other insects are around.) It seems to get worse for all mammals when there is a constant blanketing of more Chemtrails poisons.

Our immune systems continue to be under daily attack and are breaking down significantly with this chronic, government-induced poisoning. Chemicals used (such as barium and fiber-coated nano-aluminum, plus bacteria and viruses) destroy our own body’s ability to heal. We are all breathing these poisons constantly. On top of this, how much chemical brain injury has already been done to us, with daily aerosol spraying of aluminum that cause brain damage? (2)
Now there are reports of the illegal current administration wanting to do more planetary geo-engineering. With more lies and deceit piled on to compliant masses, they want to “slow down global warming.” Yet, the majority of scientists now are coming out to jointly say that there is no “global warming.” Rather, our planet is suffering from climate change. This is not to say, that humans have not caused significant environmental damage around the globe. The raping and pillaging of the last remaining natural resources continues at a reckless pace. As long as corporations have their short-term profits, it matters not to them what massive environmental havoc they cause to our eco-systems. We, humans, remain at the very top of a poisoned and collapsing web of life.
The earth is showing positive signs of cooling, and there are numerous scientific reports that confirm this. (3) The last IPCC [Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Control] Report was a watered-down consensus and did not include some important other considerations, such as sunspot activity.
How much of climate change is being caused by at least ten years of more than 60 different (private, military, and “public” i.e., using our own taxpayer dollars to poison us) Clandestine Weather Modification Programs? None of these has ever had any public discussion, input, or scrutiny.
Meanwhile, in a recent flight across the country (somewhere between Iowa and the Grand Canyon, at 37,000 feet), I counted 10 planes that were spraying dark-grey-to-black Chemtrails. One plane flying perpendicular to our path and below us, was clearly marked “United.” So it appears, that at least one plane spraying these aerosols was a United Airlines plane.
Has anyone else noticed/researched these black Chemtrails? What new toxins are in them?
Millions of people know about the extreme dangers that Chemtrails pose to all life on this planet. Many private citizens have tested soil, water, and snow to find dangerous levels of poisons in them. Why cannot we harness this shared concern? How long are we going to be unwitting test subjects for these deadly daily assaults? When will we wake up and put a collective stop to this criminal activity?
We are in a deliberately planned collapse not just of our economy, but also the destruction of our health. Yet, because every topic of serious concern is compartmentalized –instead of looking at an inter-disciplinary approach, and how everything relates to everything else– we do not see how this daily overhead poisoning, along with all the other environmental toxins, is already un-doing what little health we have. This is what we are experiencing now: the Illuminati Ponzi-scheme recipe for disaster.
The Augean Stables that are the beltway must be cleaned out. Each and every corrupt official and bankster who is leading us down a path of disaster must be charge and held accountable. They are all part of our continuing crises that they have deliberately created.
They will never do anything to fix what is going on, because those in charge are the problem. We need a completely clean slate.

Yesterday the Associated Press reported that the Obama administration has held discussions regarding the possibility of "geo-engineering" the earth's climate to counter global warming.
The AP report states that Obama's science advisor John Holdren is pushing for radical terra forming programs to be explored such as creating an "artificial volcano". Despite Holdren's admission that such measures could have "grave side effects," he added that, "we might get desperate enough to want to use it."
Such ideas exactly mirror those put forth by the CFR in previous years.

Geoengineering Strategies
Among all geoengineering schemes, those currently considered most feasible involve increasing the planetary albedo, that is, reflecting more sunlight back into space before it can be absorbed. There are a number of different methods that could be used to increase the planet’s reflectivity:
1. Add more small reflecting particles in the upper part of the atmosphere (the stratosphere which is located between 15 and 50 kilometers above the Earth’s surface).
2. Add more clouds in the lower part of the atmosphere (the troposphere)
3. Place various kinds of reflecting objects in space either near the earth or at a stable location between the earth and the sun.
4. Change large portions of the planet’s land cover from things that are dark (absorbing) such as trees to things that are light (reflecting) such as open snowcover or grasses.

Stratospheric Aerosols that might be engineered to migrate to particular regions (e.g. over the arctic) or to rise above the stratospher (so as not to interfere in stratospheric chemistry).
Adding more of the right kind of fine particles to the stratosphere can increase the amount of sunlight that is reflected back into space.
Applied to geoengineering, various technologies could be used to loft particles into the stratosphere, such as naval guns, rockets, hot air balloons or blimps, or a fleet of highflying aircraft. Potential types of particles for injection include sulfur dioxide, aluminum oxide dust or even designer self-levitating aerosols.
The CFR's geo-engineering research program is directed by David G. Victor a Professor at Stanford Law School and an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Also involved are M. Granger Morgan, head of Carnegie Mellon University's Department of Engineering, Jay Apt, Professor of Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University, and John Steinbruner, Professor of Public Policy and Director of the Center for International and Security Studies at the University of Maryland.
In an article entitled The Geoengineering Option: A Last Resort Against Global Warming? published in this month's Foreign Affairs, the CFR's monthly magazine, the directors once again lay out their ideas for planetary terraforming, calling for a worldwide 60-80 percent cut in carbon emissions.
Obama's push toward a so called "cap and trade" carbon taxation program is also a direct descendant of Victor et al's CFR policy formation.
A CFR geo-engineering meeting summary document from 1999 (PDF pages 12,13,14) also categorically states that the ultimate goal under "A technology strategy for global warming" is the implementation of a global Carbon Tax.
The memo also pedantically explains how the perceived fear of global warming can be used to sell to Americans what is essentially a tax on air:
"While taxing tea pales in comparison to taxing air as a perceived government affront, the clear benefits of a taxation policy to combat global warming might convince even the descendents of our tax-resistant Founding Fathers."
The tentative announcement by the Obama administration of the existence of geoengineering research programs is a first step toward introducing the idea to the wider public.
However, as we highlighted in our master article yesterday, geo-engineering is undoubtedly already being conducted by government-affiliated universities, government agencies, and on a mass scale through chemtrail spraying.
Such programs merely scratch the surface of what is likely to be a gargantuan and overarching black-budget funded project to terraform the planet, with little or no care for the unknown environmental consequences this could engender.

The Obama administration’s announcement to explore “geo-engineering” the environment in the name of preventing global warming has given fresh impetus to concerns about whether such programs are already underway in the guise of chemtrails.
Chemtrails differ from ordinary contrails in that they hang in the sky for hours and are often observed to be emitted from planes that fly criss-cross routes, leading to the formation of ‘X’ and grid-like patterns in the sky. Chemtrails also directly effect localized weather by turning a clear blue sky into a hazy overcast.
Last year, a KSLA news investigation found that a substance that fell to earth from a high altitude chemtrail contained high levels of Barium (6.8 ppm) and Lead (8.2 ppm) as well as trace amounts of other chemicals including arsenic, chromium, cadmium, selenium and silver. Of these, all but one are metals, some are toxic while several are rarely or never found in nature. The newscast focuses on Barium, which its research shows is a “hallmark of chemtrails.” KSLA found Barium levels in its samples at 6.8 ppm or “more than six times the toxic level set by the EPA.”
KSLA also asked Mark Ryan, Director of the Poison Control Center, about the effects of Barium on the human body. Ryan commented that “short term exposure can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains and that long term exposure causes blood pressure problems.” The Poison Control Center further reported that long-term exposure, as with any harmful substance, would contribute to weakening the immune system, which many speculate is the purpose of such man-made chemical trails.
Indeed, barium oxide has cropped up repeatedly as a contaminant from suspected geoengineering experimentation.
KSLA also put aerosolized-chemical testing in its historical context, citing a voluminous number of unclassified tests exposed in 1977 Senate hearings. The tests included experimenting with biochemical compounds on the public. KSLA reports that “239 populated areas were contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969.”
The announcement this week that the Obama administration has held discussions regarding the possibility of “geo-engineering” the earth’s climate to counter global warming by “shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun’s rays” has stoke fresh concerns that similar programs are already underway, and that chemtrails are directly connected to such experimentation.
Indeed, as we covered in previous article, numerous universities and government agencies have been conducting studies in this field for years.
In addition, the Obama administration’s interest in exploring “geo-engineering” mirrors recent publications penned by the elite Council On Foreign Relations.
In a document entitled Geoengineering: Workshop on Unilateral Planetary Scale Geoengineering, the CFR proposes different methods of “reflecting sunlight back into space,” which include adding “small reflecting particles in the upper part of the atmosphere,” adding “more clouds in the lower part of the atmosphere,” and placing “various kinds of reflecting objects in space either near the earth or at a stable location between the earth and the sun.”
The proposals in the CFR document match exactly the atmospheric effects observed in the aftermath of chemtrail spraying.
An excellent new video summarizing concerns about chemtrails entitled Geoengineering and Eugenics has just been released by Media Rival Productions. This footage shows huge windowless airplanes dispersing chemtrails, as well as aircraft that appear to turn chemtrail emissions on and off in mid-flight. The fact that something is being deliberately dispersed is clear from the video and cannot be confused with crop-dusting which is done by light aircraft at low altitudes.
This video is a fantastic summary of the chemtrail issue and needs to go viral. We need to push the issue of chemtrails to the forefront of public awareness and force the corporate media to cover the subject. Only then will cracks begin to appear in the unified wall of denial that authorities have erected around the issue thus far.

President Obama's chief scientific adviser is back pedaling over comments he made in an interview regarding planetary geo-engineering.
As we reported earlier this week, John Holdren told Associated Press that the Obama administration has held discussions regarding the possibility of artificially altering the earth's climate, with the justification of countering global warming.
According to the report, Holdren discussed methods of geo-engineering such as shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun's rays and other radical terraforming programs such as creating an "artificial volcano".
"It's got to be looked at," Holdren was quoted as saying, "We don't have the luxury of taking any approach off the table." The AP also reported that Holdren said he has raised the concept in administration discussions.
However, since both the mainstream and alternative media picked up on Holdren's comments and sent them viral, the former director of Harvard University's Science, Technology and Public Policy Program has backtracked, saying that his comments were exaggerated and that the Obama administration IS NOT considering geo-engineering.
The New York Times reports that Holdren responded via email after the AP story was published:
"I said that the approaches that have been surfaced so far seem problematic in terms of both efficacy and side effects, but we have to look at the possibilities and understand them because if we get desperate enough it will be considered. I also made clear that this was my personal view, not Administration policy.
Asked whether I had mentioned geo-engineering in any White House discussions, though, I said that I had. This is NOT the same thing as saying the White House is giving serious consideration to geo-engineering - which it isn't - and I am disappointed that the headline and the text of the article suggest otherwise."
Perhaps Holdren, or his higher ups have become concerned at the level of media exposure that has been generated by his comments.
After all, such exposure could lead to further investigation of secret climate engineering programs that are already being conducted by government-affiliated universities, government agencies, and on a mass scale through chemtrail spraying.
As we reported today, the coverage generated by Holdren has given fresh impetus to concerns regarding the aerosolized-chemical spraying that is undoubtedly being carried out worldwide.
Of course, just like the "New World Order", though this has been announced in hundreds of mainstream publications and by leading government figures, it remains a "conspiracy theory".

The Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Program was created in 1989 with funding from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and is sponsored by the DOE’s Office of Science and managed by the Office of Biological and Environmental Research.
The DOE website states that, “The current focus of the program is aerosol radiative forcing of climate: aerosol formation and evolution and aerosol properties that affect direct and indirect influences on climate and climate change.”
U.S. government scientists are already bombarding the skies with the acid-rain causing pollutant sulphur dioxide in an attempt to fight global warming by “geo-engineering” the planet, despite the fact that injecting aerosols into the upper atmosphere carries with it a host of both known and unknown dangers.
The proposal to disperse sulphur dioxide in an attempt to reflect sunlight was discussed in a September 2008 London Guardian article entitled, Geoengineering: The radical ideas to combat global warming, in which Ken Caldeira, a leading climate scientist based at the Carnegie Institution in Stanford, California, promoted the idea of injecting the atmosphere with aerosols.
“One approach is to insert “scatterers” into the stratosphere,” states the article. “Caldeira cites an idea to deploy jumbo jets into the upper atmosphere and deposit clouds of tiny particles there, such as sulphur dioxide. Dispersing around 1m tonnes of sulphur dioxide per year across 10m square kilometres of the atmosphere would be enough to reflect away sufficient amounts of sunlight.”
Experiments similar to Caldeira’s proposal are already being carried out by U.S. government -backed scientists, such as those at the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Savannah River National Laboratory in Aiken, S.C, who last year began conducting studies which involved shooting huge amounts of particulate matter, in this case “porous-walled glass microspheres,” into the stratosphere.
The project is closely tied to an idea by Nobel Prize winner Paul Crutzen, who “proposed sending aircraft 747s to dump huge quantities of sulfur particles into the far-reaches of the stratosphere to cool down the atmosphere.”
Such programs merely scratch the surface of what is likely to be a gargantuan and overarching black-budget funded project to geo-engineer the planet, with little or no care for the unknown environmental consequences this could engender.
What is known about what happens when the environment is loaded with sulphur dioxide is bad enough, since the compound is the main component of acid rain, which according to the EPA“Causes acidification of lakes and streams and contributes to the damage of trees at high elevations (for example, red spruce trees above 2,000 feet) and many sensitive forest soils. In addition, acid rain accelerates the decay of building materials and paints, including irreplaceable buildings, statues, and sculptures that are part of our nation’s cultural heritage.”
The health effects of bombarding the skies with sulphur dioxide alone are enough to raise serious questions about whether such programs should even be allowed to proceed.

According to the LennTech website, “Laboratory tests with test animals have indicated that sulfur can cause serious vascular damage in veins of the brains, the heart and the kidneys. These tests have also indicated that certain forms of sulfur can cause foetal damage and congenital effects. Mothers can even carry sulfur poisoning over to their children through mother milk. Finally, sulfur can damage the internal enzyme systems of animals.”
Fred Singer, president of the Science Environmental Policy Project and a skeptic of man-made global warming theories, warns that the consequences of tinkering with the planet’s delicate eco-system could have far-reaching dangers.
“If you do this on a continuous basis, you would depress the ozone layer and cause all kinds of other problems that people would rather avoid,” said Singer.
Even Greenpeace’s chief UK scientist - a staunch advocate of the man-made global warming explanation - Doug Parr has slammed attempts to geo-engineer the planet as “outlandish” and “dangerous”.
Stephen Schneider of Stanford University, who recently proposed a bizarre plan to send spaceships into the upper atmosphere that would be used to block out the Sun, admits that geo-engineering could cause “conflicts between nations if geoengineering projects go wrong.”
Given all the immediate dangers associated with bombarding the atmosphere with sulphur dioxide, along with the unknown dangers of other geo-engineering projects, many people are concerned that “chemtrails” are a secret component of the same agenda to alter the Earth’s eco-system.
This graphic proposes, “Spraying aluminum powder and barium oxide into high levels of the atmosphere, again delivered by aircraft, to increase planetary reflectance (albedo) and cloud cover.” High levels of barium have been found in substances associated with chemtrails.
Reports of chemtrails, jet plumes emitted from planes that hang in the air for hours and do not dissipate, often blanketing the sky in criss-cross patterns, have increased dramatically over the last 10 years. Many have speculated that they are part of a government program to alter climate, inoculate humans against certain pathogens, or even to toxify humans as part of a population reduction agenda.
In conducting Google searches, one finds discussion, such as this example, of using sulphur dioxide as a jet fuel additive to be dispersed over the world during routine commercial flights.
“I suggest that both the sulphur dioxide and the silica particles could be delivered into the stratosphere by dissolving an additive in jet aviation fuel,” writes engineer John Gorman, who has conducted experiments to test the feasibility of such a scenario.
“We would want to burn fuel containing the additive specifically when the aircraft was cruising in the lower stratosphere,” he adds.
Earlier this year, KSLA news investigation found that a substance that fell to earth from a high altitude chemtrail contained high levels of Barium (6.8 ppm) and Lead (8.2 ppm) as well as trace amounts of other chemicals including arsenic, chromium, cadmium, selenium and silver. Of these, all but one are metals, some are toxic while several are rarely or never found in nature.
The newscast focuses on Barium, which its research shows is a “hallmark of chemtrails.” KSLA found Barium levels in its samples at 6.8 ppm or “more than six times the toxic level set by the EPA.” The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality confirmed that the high levels of Barium were “very unusual,” but commented that “proving the source was a whole other matter” in its discussion with KSLA.
KSLA also asked Mark Ryan, Director of the Poison Control Center, about the effects of Barium on the human body. Ryan commented that “short term exposure can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains and that long term exposure causes blood pressure problems.” The Poison Control Center further reported that long-term exposure, as with any harmful substance, would contribute to weakening the immune system, which many speculate is the purpose of such man-made chemical trails.
Indeed, barium oxide has cropped up repeatedly as a contaminant from suspected geoengineering experimentation.
KSLA also put aerosolized-chemical testing in its historical context, citing a voluminous number of unclassified tests exposed in 1977 Senate hearings. The tests included experimenting with biochemical compounds on the public. KSLA reports that “239 populated areas were contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969.”
One of the accepted truisms of scientific study is the fact that if scientists are proposing an idea, then those scientists with access to the bottomless pit of black-budget secret government funding are already doing it.
It is highly likely that chemtrails are merely one manifestation of “geo-engineering” that is taking place without proper debate, notification or any form of legality, and with a callous disregard for the potential dangers to both our health and our environment.
