Is Biden’s Terror Attack Warning Related to a Possible Assassination Attempt on Obama?

Kurt Nimmo

February 17, 2010

VP Joe Biden is not worried about a concerted al-Qaeda attack against the United States. He is concerned about a lone individual. “Am I less worried about an attack? No, I’m worried. Am I less worried about a catastrophic event? Yes,” Biden told CBS News.

“We have made more progress in dismantling the hierarchy of Al-Qaeda central. … and evidence of that is, now they’re going to lone bombers as the means to get there. … I’m more worried about, and harder to detect, and I’m very concerned about a terrorist attack in the United States along the lines of the ‘Christmas Day bomber.’ You get a disgruntled student, someone who has some relationship with the United States who is — able to be recruited quickly, able to be indoctrinated quickly. And they say, basically, ‘Here’s a bomb. Go do it,’ as opposed to the kind of planning that’s needed to pull off — a very complicated 9/11,” explained Biden.

Earlier this month, top intelligence officials in the U.S. warned al-Qaeda will attack within three to six months. “Al Qaeda remains a significant threat to the U.S., the officials said, and the group’s recent evolution in tactics includes dispatching individuals who can enter the U.S. without arousing suspicion, such as the man accused of attempting the Christmas Day attack,” The Wall Street Journal reported on February 3, 2010.

MI5, infamous for creating terrorists and would-be terrorist patsies, knew Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was connected to so-called Islamic terrorists in Britain.

It is said U.S. officials did not know about the underwear bomber until he was on the plane and en route to Detroit. “U.S. border security officials learned of the alleged extremist links of the suspect in the Christmas Day jetliner bombing attempt as he was airborne from Amsterdam to Detroit and had decided to question him when he landed,” The Los Angeles Times reported on January 7, 2010.

In fact, not only did the U.S. know about an impending terror attack, it had specific details. “The US was aware that ‘a Nigerian’ in Yemen was being prepared for a terrorist attack — weeks before an attempted bombing on a US plane,” the BBC reported on December 30, 2010.

In addition, an Israeli company allowed Abdulmutallab to board the plane. “A Haaretz investigation has learned that the security officers and their supervisor should have suspected the passenger,” the Israeli newspaper reported on January 10, 2010.

The Israeli company, ICTS, also allowed the dim-witted shoe bomber, Richard Reid, to board a plane and handled security at Logan International Airport, from which two of the supposed 9-11 hijacked planes departed.

Coincidence? Ineptitude? Or a covert intelligence operation?

Earlier this week, Prison Planet’s Paul Joseph Watson warned that Obama may be the target of a staged false flag assassination attempt that will be blamed on either the “extreme” right or left, in order to silence dissent in America and blackmail Obama into launching a military assault on Iran.

The corporate media, Watson points out, and its operatives like Glenn Beck on the phony right-wing side and establishment liberals on the phony left were busy manufacturing ready-made patsies upon which the false flag would be blamed.

Beck has said al-Qaeda will “work with anybody” in order to attack America, including white supremacists and 9/11 truthers (see video below). Beck has consistently characterizes the 9/11 truth movement as a dire threat to the United States. He claims truthers are ensconced in the White House and will attack Obama.

It remains to be seen if Joe Biden’s warning is merely more hyper-inflated propaganda and terror attack mongering for political purposes. It is worth noting that he believes the next attack will be carried out by a lone wolf and not al-CIA-duh proper.

Recall Biden’s hysterical warning during the election that Obama would be tested by an international crisis within six months of becoming president. “Watch. We’re going to have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy. And he’s going to need help . . . to stand with him. Because it’s not going to be apparent initially; it’s not going to be apparent that we’re right.”

No such international crisis occurred within Biden’s time-frame.

Dead Osama Bin Laden, Climate Change Warrior

Kurt Nimmo
Infowars.com
January 29, 2010

Not only does the dead and buried Osama hate us for our freedoms, he also hates us because we have not prevented climate change. “Osama bin Laden, the leader of Al Qaeda, blamed the United States and developed countries for not halting climate change and said that the global economy should immediately abandon its reliance on the American dollar, according to an audiotape released Friday by the broadcaster Al Jazeera,” reports The New York Times.

Osama sounds a lot like Al Gore. “Talk about climate change is not an ideological luxury but a reality. All of the industrialized countries, especially the big ones, bear responsibility for the global warming crisis.”

As usual, the authenticity of the tape could not be immediately confirmed, and Al Jazeera did not say how it had obtained the message.

The audio is more evidence the CIA and the Pentagon, with the assistance of the corporate media, are trying to resurrect the Osama and al-Qaeda myth as the government increases its presence in Afghanistan, steps up attacks in Pakistan, and launches a new front in the bogus GWOT in Yemen.

The Osama as tree hugger audio is the second from the dead terror leader and CIA asset in a week. On Sunday, the dead Osama claimed responsibility for the ludicrous Christmas day underwear non-bombing that was obviously a black op. “Mr. bin Laden, who is believed to be hiding in Pakistan near the Afghanistan border and has issued several other audiotaped anti-West invectives, had not put one out in four months before the one about the Detroit attempted bombing,” reported the New York Times.

Osama increasingly sounds like a foundation progressive. In the latest audio he praises Noam Chomsky, gripes about the United States not signing the Kyoto Protocol, complains about globalization and monetary policy, and calls for a worldwide boycott of American goods and the dollar.

“Noam Chomsky was correct when he compared the U.S. policies to those of the Mafia,” Al Jazeera quoted the dead terrorist as saying. “They are the true terrorists and therefore we should refrain from dealing in the U.S. dollar and should try to get rid of this currency as early as possible.”

Now establishment editorialists and bloggers have a convenient touchstone for their tirades against “conspiracy theorists” who criticize the Federal Reserve, fiat currency and the banksters. Comparisons between Osama and Ron Paul will likely be forthcoming in the days ahead.

Osama Bin Laden Worried About Global Warming, Suggests Solution

Posted by majestic on January 29, 2010

Osama Bin LadenThe news media are loving this story and the Daily Mail makes the most of it:

Osama bin Laden has warned of the dangers of climate change.

The Al Qaeda leader spoke in a new audiotape aired in part on Al Jazeera television today.

In the tape, bin Laden warns of the threat presented by global warming – but he also offered a solution.

‘Talk about climate change is not an ideological luxury but a reality,’ he said.

‘All of the industrialised countries, especially the big ones, bear responsibility for the global warming crisis.’

He added that while wealthy nations had agreed to the Kyoto Protocol that binds them to emission targets, former U.S. President George W Bush had later rejected such limitations before Congress in deference to big business.

The United States never ratified the existing Kyoto Protocol, whose present commitments expire in 2012, and has said it will not sign up to an extended Kyoto Protocol, preferring a new agreement.

Bin Laden’s solution, then, to preventing temperatures from rising?

‘Bring the wheels of the American economy’ to a halt, he apparently said.

He said the world should ’stop consuming American products’ and ‘refrain from using the dollar’, according to a transcript on Al Jazeera’s Web site.

‘It is necessary for us to avoid doing business in the dollar, and to finish with it in the fastest possible time,’ bin Laden said on the brief tape…

Mossad orchestrated Christmas Day bomb plot

Press TV
January 28, 2010

The Nigerian terrorist suspect accused of attempting to blow up a US airliner on Christmas Day had been arranged by the Israeli-owned ‘International Consultants on Targeted Security’ to perform a “walk around” without a passport in Amsterdam.

Farouk Abdulmutallab in Federal court in Detroit, Michigan. January 8, 2010.

Despite tighter screening processes since the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Northwest Airlines Flight 253 experienced no delays in takeoff. According to the Mathaba News Agency “It is evident that clearing the terrorist with higher-ups took a matter of a minute or so and the Indian man, who had arranged the boarding, obviously had a high-level security pass.

Then, during the flight, onlookers noted that another passenger spent a great deal of time filming the 23-year-old Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab with his camcorder. Even stranger, once the suspect tried to ignite his “crotch bomb,” throughout the incident, the man continued filming the terrorist, calmly and without interruption.

Next, after the plane landed, another Indian man was led away in handcuffs after the bomb-sniffing dogs detected explosives in his luggage. Officials, however, have refused to release the Schiphol CCTV airport footage from Amsterdam, the air-bound “video passenger” film, or the identity of the man arrested in Detroit.

The Indian link doesn’t seem surprising since Israel and India are very close business partners, especially via their military contracts. Also, the Indian intelligence agency works hand-in-hand with Israel.

Abdulmutallab’s home country, Nigeria, is also clandestinely controlled by the Israeli army and Mossad.

Mossad’s reach extends even further, directly into Yemen. On Oct. 7, 2008, Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh said that security forces had arrested a group of militants linked to the Israeli intelligence agency.

Abdulmutallab has at times denied any association with the militant al-Qaeda group and claimed that he was trained in Yemen. Washington, however, accuses him of being instructed in the Arab country, which US authorities claim is infested with al-Qaeda militants.

According to military analyst and counterinsurgency specialist Gordon Duff, “There is no al-Qaeda in Yemen. George Bush released a couple of phony operatives from Guantanamo, and after traveling to the Middle East, they hooked up with the Mossad. The only reason Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez released them is because they’re assets.”

Abdulmutallab’s story is intended to keep ratcheting up Orwellian-style trauma and project Yemen, as well as the African continent, are the brand-new focus of the American so-called ‘war on terror.’

Bin Laden’s Bride No. 5 story re-brands 9/11 with convenient Yemen ties

COMMENT: Not personally sure about “Bride No. 5″ al-Sadah’s story, but it seems to conveniently timed with increased focus on Yemen as the latest front in the War on Terror. So why is it emerging now, as “Bin Laden” takes credit for the attempted Underwear Bombing, craftily tied to Yemen as well. Anti-Christ figure Bin Laden even has a new child that was supposedly timed with the 9/11 attacks. At any rate, nothing can be believed about Bin Laden, his whereabouts and his personal life when they are caught faking Bin Laden tapes and arranging them within politically-expedient timeframes.

‘I found bin Laden bride No. 5 as he planned 9/11′

Hala Jaber
Times of India
January 25, 2010

IBB (YEMEN): When Osama bin Laden decided to marry for the fifth time, he turned to his most trusted advisers to find him a bride.

He wanted a Yemeni girl, he told them. The marriage would cement his relationship with Yemen, his billionaire father’s home. Sheikh Rashad Ismael, a Yemeni aide, took up the challenge. “She had to be religious, obedient, generous, well brought-up, quiet, calm and young enough not to feel jealous of the sheikh’s (bin Laden’s) other wives,” he giggled. “Multiple wives tend to vie for attention out of jealousy and end up in catfights, and bin Laden did not want his new wife to get into such issues.”

The aide, also called Abual-Fida, knew just the girl in his home town of Ibb in Yemen. It was a year before the 9/11 attacks when he approached her family. He says he believed Amal al-Sadah, a civil servant’s daughter, aged 18, would make the perfect wife for the al-Qaida leader, who was 43.

“Even at her young age she was religious and spiritual enough and believed in the things that bin Laden — a very religious, pious and spiritual man — believed in,” he said.

Yemen – Behind The Al-Qaeda Scenarios, A Geopolitical Oil Choke Point To Eurasia

Posted by phunkychic666 on January 10, 2010

By F. William Engdahl for BlackListedNews.com:

On December 25, US authorities arrested a Nigerian named Abdulmutallab aboard a Northwest Airlines flight from Amsterdam to Detroit on charges of having tried to blow up the plane with smuggled explosives. Since then reports have been broadcast from CNN, the New York Times and other sources that he was “suspected” of having been trained in Yemen for his terror mission. What the world has been subjected to since is the emergence of a new target for the US ‘War on Terror,’ namely a desolate state on the Arabian Peninsula, Yemen. A closer look at the background suggests the Pentagon and US intelligence have a hidden agenda in Yemen.

A 23-year-old Nigerian allegedly trained by Al Qaeda in Yemen has given the fraud ‘War On Terror’ a new boost.

For some months the world has seen a steady escalation of US military involvement in Yemen, a dismally poor land adjacent to Saudi Arabia on its north, the Red Sea on its west, the Gulf of Aden on its south, opening to the Arabian Sea, overlooking another desolate land that has been in the headlines of late, Somalia. The evidence suggests that the Pentagon and US intelligence are moving to militarize a strategic chokepoint for the world’s oil flows, Bab el-Mandab, and using the Somalia piracy incident, together with claims of a new Al Qaeda threat arising from Yemen, to militarize one of the world’s most important oil transport routes. In addition, undeveloped petroleum reserves in the territory between Yemen and Saudi Arabia are reportedly among the world’s largest.

The 23-year-old Nigerian man charged with the failed bomb attempt, Abdulmutallab, reportedly has been talking, claiming he was sent on his mission by Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), based in Yemen. This has conveniently turned the world’s attention on Yemen as a new center of the alleged Al Qaeda terror organization…

Israeli Proposes Absurd Mind Reading Technology at Airports

Kurt Nimmo
Infowars.com
January 8, 2010

Not only does the government want to see your naked body in full, living color, they also want to read your mind. “A would-be terrorist tries to board a plane, bent on mass murder. As he walks through a security checkpoint, fidgeting and glancing around, a network of high-tech machines analyzes his body language and reads his mind,” reports the Associated Press.

featured stories Israeli Proposes Absurd Mind Reading Technology at Airports

Jackson and Lee

What would your reaction be if you saw a big blow-up of this image on a wall at the airport?

An Israeli company is developing a system that matches high technology up with and behavioral psychology. It’s called WeCU, short for “We See You” (the same way Big Brother sees you). It projects images on a wall and monitors reactions of people. “If you strolled through an airport and saw a picture of your mother, Givon explained, you couldn’t help but respond.” Or if you were a terrorist, the logic goes, you’d respond to a terror group logo or other familiar imagery. The reaction to these images could be a darting of the eyes, an increased heartbeat, a nervous twitch or faster breathing, said company CEO Ehud Givon.

If the system observes suspicious behavior, a person is detained and interrogated. “One by one, you can screen out from the flow of people those with specific malicious intent,” Givon said.

Okay, now the problems begin to arise. We are told the underwear bomber and the shoe bomber and a number of other would-be bombers (all of them in fact false flag patsies) are from al-Qaeda, an organization without formal structure and no branding or logo (unlike Hezbollah or Hamas). The only readily identifiable image associated with al-Qaeda is the face of the late Osama bin Laden.

If a large photo of Osama was plastered on the wall at the airport, what would your reaction be? You’d certainly dart your eyes. You may even stand there with your mouth open. You’d likely get special treatment by TSA goons.

How about a lie detector test? The Ministry of Homeland Security has actually proposed this. “One system being studied by Homeland Security is called the Future Attribute Screening Technology, or FAST, and works like a souped-up polygraph,” reports the Associated Press. “It would subject people pulled aside for additional screening to a battery of tests, including scans of facial movements and pupil dilation, for signs of deception. Small platforms similar to the balancing boards used in the Nintendo Wii would help detect fidgeting.”

FAST project manager Robert Burns said the system could be made to work passively, scanning people as they walk through a security line.

How many false positives such a harebrained idea would produce is not addressed.

U.S. officials are considering the Israeli model for airport security. Israel practices profiling. “At Ben-Gurion Airport, Jewish Israelis typically pass through smoothly, while others may be taken aside for closer interrogation or even strip searches.” In other words, if you are an Arab or a Palestinian, you will be strip searched and be subjected to body cavity searches.

Imagine the predictable result of this: thousands of people who look like Arabs pulled aside with the ultimate result of producing chaos in airport operation. Don’t count on the dim bulbs hired by the TSA to be capable of telling the difference between Arabs and Mexicans.

This idea, however, thrills the neocons. Blogger and concentration camp apologist Michelle Malkin went on Fox News the other day and said Arabs should be profiled and get the same sort of treatment Arabs endure in Israel.

Finally, the Cato Institute believes airport security should be privatized. Jim Harper, director of information policy at Cato, “concedes that privatizing airport security is probably wishful thinking, and the idea has not gotten any traction.”

Of course it has not gained any traction. Because the idea is not to catch supposed terrorists (who are demonstrably false flag patsies) but is rather part of a government effort to condition the public that it is normal (even patriotic) to submit to unreasonable, dangerous, and invasive “security” measures. Airports are incubators for tyranny and the emerging police state. It has nothing to do with your safety and security. It’s all about conditioning you to submit to government.

Terrorist attacks follow the laws of math?

Published 06 January, 2010, 00:14

Edited 06 January, 2010, 03:48

Researchers at the University of Miami say they have come up with a mathematical model that can predict insurgent and terrorist attacks before they occur.

One of the researchers, physicist Neil Johnson, asserts that none of the seemingly random numbers is really random.

"Since 2005 we were looking at various different kinds of wars, and all these wars, all the insurgent wars that we have looked at, fall into this pattern," Johnson said. "Except two, and these two wars were not insurgencies: the American Civil War and the Spanish Civil War."

9/11 Commission Chairman: Plane Bomber “Did Us A Favor”

9/11 Commission Chairman: Plane Bomber Did Us A Favor 040110top2

9/11 Commission whitewash chief Thomas Kean told CNN yesterday that the Christmas Day plane bomber “did us a favor,” by allowing Obama to expand the so-called war on terror into Yemen, a startling reminder that the highly suspicious Flight 253 attack served to fulfil pre-determined U.S. geopolitical objectives.

“This guy in some respects looking at it in retrospective probably did us a favor,” Kean told CNN’s State of the Union Sunday talk show, adding that the attempted attack shifted the Obama administration’s attention away from health care and global warming and back to the war on terror.

“We weren’t really focused on Yemen and the terrible things that are happening there. Now we are and that’s a good thing,” said Kean.

“The GOP chairman’s quote raised eyebrows; by his logic, the Sept. 11, 2001 attackers may also have “done us a favor” by drawing US attention to extremism in Afghanistan,” writes Raw Story’s John Byrne.

However, Kean’s implication that Yemen was not a subject of U.S. geopolitical interest before the attempted attack drew attention to the country is completely at odds with the facts.

A December 24 BBC News report entitled Yemen: New frontier in US ‘war on terror’ revealed how the U.S. had already invested $70 million dollars over the last year on expanding the war on terror into Yemen and that “US intelligence agencies are keeping a closer and closer watch in this newly-emerging theatre in the “war on terror”.”

A week after the incident, President Obama pinned the blame for the attack on terrorists based in Yemen despite the fact that no formal investigation into the bombing had been concluded.

Obama’s statement came one day after Britain’s PM Gordon Brown called an “emergency summit” on “extremism” in Yemen. “Gordon Brown has invited key international partners to a high-level meeting in order to discuss how best to counter radicalization in Yemen,” a statement issued by Downing Street announced. “The prime minister will host the event on 28 January in London.”

The fact that the aborted plane bombing attack provided the perfect justification to expand U.S. military operations into Arabian Peninsula in the name of fighting Al-Qaeda makes the suspicious circumstances surrounding the December 25 incident all the more alarming.

As we have documented, The FBI has repeatedly changed its story in a haphazard effort to accommodate eyewitness testimony from passengers that conflicts with the official version of events.

At first the FBI denied that a second man was arrested in connection with the incident but later admitted a second man was handcuffed after Flight 253 passenger and eyewitness Kurt Haskell said he saw an Indian man being led away by authorities after sniffer dogs had found something in his luggage.

Officials then claimed that the man had not been on Flight 253 at all and was not connected with the incident, but had to reverse their statement again just days later when other eyewitnesses emerged, admitting that the man had been on the plane.

The fact that the FBI is apparently protecting accomplices involved with the bombing attempt, and thereby keeping the official story within the script necessary to pin the attack on a lone man from Yemen who was inspired by Al-Qaeda, blatantly suggests that the facts are being manipulated to fit a pre-conceived geopolitical agenda.

The attempted bombing has also been exploited to push for a renewal of the unconstitutional Patriot Act, as well as the implementation of invasive naked body scanners in all major airports.

MI5 knew of Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab’s UK extremist links 3 years ago

BRITISH security services knew three years ago that the Detroit bomber had “multiple communications” with Islamic extremists it has emerged.

Counterterrorism officials said Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was “reaching out” to extremists whom MI5 had under surveillance while he was studying at University College London.

Officials said the 23-year-old Nigerian was “starting out on a journey” in Britain that culminated in his attempt to bring down flight 253 as it prepared to land in Detroit, Michigan, on Christmas Day.

British officials have now passed a file to their US counterparts on Abdulmutallab’s activities in Britain while he was a student from 2005 to 2008. It shows his repeated contacts with MI5 targets who were subject to phone taps, email intercepts and other forms of surveillance.

The Next False Flag: An Attack On the U.S. Embassy in Yemen

Earlier today, the Daily Telegraph reported that a truck of explosives and weapons managed to slip past a surveillance operation in Sana’a, Yemen.

“The revelations came as western diplomatic missions in Sana’a went into lockdown following threats from al-Qaeda’s Yemeni affiliate, which has taken responsibility for a failed attempt to blow up an airliner over Detroit on Christmas Day,” the newspaper reported. “The identity of those who smuggled the weapons contingent into Sana’a has not been disclosed, and it is unclear if its disappearance is linked to al-Qaeda’s increasingly powerful Yemeni branch, al-Qaeda in the Arab Peninsula.”

Yemeni guards stand outside the US embassy in Sanaa, one day after an attack on the embassy killed 19 people in September 2008.

“Diplomats dismissed speculation that the vanishing convoy could presage an imminent attack on Western interests in the city.”

An attack on “Western interests” or an embassy or two would play right into the hands of the U.S. and Britain.

Gordon Brown has said he will convene a summit of world leaders on the Yemen problem at the end of this month.

In the United States the corporate media continues to beat the war drums and spread absurd hysteria about a supposed al-Qaeda faction in Yemen. We are expected to believe a rag-tag gang of terrorists in one of the world’s poorest countries pose a threat to freedom-loving Americans the same way a sanctions-ravaged Iraq posed a threat after Saddam ganged up with Osama and al-Qaeda — one of the more colorful lies spun by the warmongering and Muslim-hating neocons.

Last October authorities in Yemen busted a terrorist cell accused of attacking the U.S. embassy the previous month. According to a reported filed with the state-run Saba news agency, the group had links to Israeli intelligence. “The report, quoting an unnamed source, said investigations and data retrieved from a computer seized from the cell, showed there was correspondence between the Islamic Jihad group’s deputy leader Bassam Abdullah Fadhel Al-Haidari and an Israeli intelligence agency,” the Indo-Asian News Service said.

The Islamic Jihad, reported to have links with the Al Qaeda, had claimed responsibility for the attack on the US embassy in Sana’a Sep 17, which had claimed 18 lives, including that of an Indian woman.

Saba quoted the source as saying that the correspondence between the two sides included a request from the Israeli side to implement terrorist attacks inside Yemen.

“An Israeli foreign ministry spokesman said the Yemeni president’s statement was without foundation,” the BBC reported. “To believe that Israel would create Islamist cells in Yemen is really far-fetched. This is yet another victory for the proponents of conspiracy theories,” said Igal Palmor.

In fact, Israel has a long and sordid history of false flag attacks.

In 1950, a series of deadly attacks in Iraq were attributed to Israeli intelligence.

Four years later, Israeli false flag operatives exploded bombs in the British and American cultural centers and libraries in Cairo and blamed it on the Muslim Brotherhood.

Following the Six-Day War in 1967, Israel supported and encouraged Sheikh Ahmed Yassin and Hamas in order to counter the influence of a secular PLO. “Israel started Hamas. It was a project of Shin Bet, which had a feeling that they could use it to hem in the PLO,” said Charles Freeman, a former US ambassador to Saudi Arabia. A former senior CIA official speaking to UPI described Israel’s support for Hamas as “a direct attempt to divide and dilute support for a strong, secular PLO by using a competing religious alternative.”

During the Six Day War, Israel attacked the USS Liberty and attempted to blame it on Egypt.

In the early 1970s, Israel teamed up with Jordan to support Muslim Brotherhood terrorism against Syria.

In the 1980s, Israel conducted a bombing campaign in Europe to counter A. Q. Khan’s nuclear proliferation network, which helped Pakistan build a nuclear weapon.

Oded Yinon’s paper, “A Strategy for Israel in the Nineteen Eighties,” published in the winter of 1982 issue of Kivunim, suggested Arab States should be destroyed from within by exploiting their internal religious and ethnic tensions.

In September of 2000, India’s largest news weekly reported that a Mossad attempt to infiltrate al-Qaeda failed when undercover agents were stopped on their way to Bangladesh by Indian customs officials.

A year later, the Army School of Advanced Military Studies in the United States said the following about Israeli intelligence: “Wildcard. Ruthless and cunning. Has capability to target US forces and make it look like a Palestinian/Arab act.”

In 2005, US Intelligence officers reported that insurgents in Iraq used Beretta 02 pistols minus serial numbers. “Analysts suggest the lack of serial numbers indicates that the weapons were intended for intelligence operations or terrorist cells with substantial government backing. Analysts speculate that these guns are probably from either Mossad or the CIA. Analysts speculate that agent provocateurs may be using the untraceable weapons even as US authorities use insurgent attacks against civilians as evidence of the illegitimacy of the resistance,” the UPI reported.

In 2002, officials from the Palestinian Authority accused Mossad of setting up a fake al-Qaeda terrorist cell in Gaza. Then Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat said that Israel had set up the mock cell in order to justify attacks in Palestinian areas, according to the BBC.

“Not one big success of the Mossad has ever been made public,” Ephraim Halevy, head of the Mossad from 1998 to 2002, told 60 Minutes in 2003.

The U.S. also has a record of using and planning false flag attacks, most notably Operation Northwoods.

Andreas von Bülow, former German Minister for Research and Technology and a long-time member of German parliament, said in 2002 the attacks on September 11, 2001, were a false flag attack. “Whoever wants to understand the CIA’s methods, has to deal with its main task of covert operations: Below the level of war, and outside international law, foreign states are to be influenced by inciting insurrections or terrorist attacks, usually combined with drugs and weapons trade, and money laundering,” he told Tagesspiegal.

In addition to its long history of covertly overthrowing governments around the world, the CIA plotted false flag attacks in Europe to drive a wedge between Syria and Iran (according to CIA agent Robert Baer).

CIA operatives and patsies are legendary, as Webster Tarpley documents in his book, 9/11 Synthetic Terrorism: Made in USA. (Tarpley told Russia Today that the failed attack on a US passenger jet traveling from Amsterdam to Detroit was a set-up provocation controlled by US intelligence.)

If an embassy or other Western interests are bombed in the next few days in Yemen, a finger should be pointed at the CIA, Mossad, or both, not the rag-tag supposed al-Qaeda franchise operating in the country.

Embassies closed in Yemen due to supposed al-Qaeda threats.

On January 3, the Yemeni Foreign Ministry declared the threat posed by al-Qaeda is “exaggerated” by the U.S.

Finally, it should be noted that al-Qaeda was established by the CIA in Yemen, as CIA contractor Billy Waugh admitted in his autobiography. “I worked right there with these al-Qaeda operatives,” Waugh wrote in Hunting the Jackal with Tim Keown.

Billions in Recent Yememi Investments and The Underwear Bomber’s Daddy

Did Daddy Warbucks sell Little Orphan Umar to the CIA?

Why are we attacking the people of Yemen? Because some kid is alleged to have sewn a big fire-cracker into his underwear then sat on it in a plane over Detroit? Nope. Not even close. If you want to know what this is all about, follow Daddy’s money all the way to the IMF and Jaiz Bank.

Correct me if I am wrong, but didn’t brave soldiers used to throw themselves on grenades back in the day to absorb the shock and therefore save their fellow soldiers. Isn’t there a saying about “throwing yourself on a grenade” to that end? So the big “terrorist” plot here is to get a small amount of PETN onboard a plane and then SIT ON IT, thus absorbing the relatively small explosion… with his ass and his 150lb body?

That’s the “plan” that requires, as President Obama blusters, “every element of national power” to fight? I don’t think so. You gotta look a little closer than a singed pair of tightie-whities if you want to know why President Obama is going to kill more people in Yemen. I have. Take a look.

The other day I wrote about President Obama’s attempt to assassinate a witness in Yemen as well as the IMF and World Bank connections related to that nation as the probable reason the US feels compelled to invade. The premise was, that with all the free-market “reforms” being forced on the people of Yemen by these privately owned international banking institutions, the poor of that nation were rising up against the corrupt government and it looks like without our help, there will be a regime change. I wrote about the involvement of the Kuwait Energy company and their connections with the World Bank as it relates to the multiple ongoing oil and LNG pipelines running throughout the country. Basically, I estimated based on information from the websites and publications from the World Bank, IMF, and Kuwait Energy websites that there was about a quarter of a billion dollars at stake and that it was that money that was the reason President Obama chose to attack the people of Yemen.

Once again, Obama and his adminstration are serving the banks interests first.

Well, hold onto your hats folks… I was wrong. Yes, you heard that right. Scott Creighton (willyloman) is admitting he was wrong. My research was incomplete and I missed the mark by quite a bit.

Instead of having a quarter of a billion dollars of foreign investment on the line… it’s more like 5 billion dollars.

Yemen’s foreign debt has increased from $8.9 million to $5.9 billion since July 2009, according to the report on banking and currency developments issued by the Yemen Central Bank.

The IFC’s institutions topped Yemen creditors, with Yemen owing them about $3 billion, including $2.2 billion for the International Development Foundation.

The rest of the debt was for the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, the International Fund for Agriculture Development IFAD, the Islamic Development Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the OPEC and the EU.

Yemen’s debt for the Paris Club Members came second by about $1.8 billion, with $1.3 billion in Russian loans.

Many outstanding loans come from Japanese, U.S., French, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Dutch and German sources.

The country’s debt for other creditors came in the third place with Yemen owing Saudi, Kuwaiti, Chinese, Algerian, Korean, Polish and Iraqi funds about $836 million. The debt for unidentified sources reached $195.7 million by July. YOB Sept. 2009

Since July of 2009, money has been pouring into Yemen fast and furious; money that may never be recovered were there to be a revolution and subsequent regime change in that nation. President Obama can’t allow that to happen. But how is he going to go to the American people and tell them that foreign investors and international banks are worried about their billions in investments in the “reforms” of Yemen’s socioeconomic system? That wouldn’t be an easy sell to a post TARP Bill nation now would it?

Enter Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab and his ridiculous “underwear bomb”.

Now, all this time after the terrorist attack on Flight 253 (and I will call it that because whether it was done by one “lone gunman” or the state, it’s still an attempt to effect change through the use of fear so it is terrorism) what do we really know about Abdulmutallab? Well, we have been told by an agency that has lied to us many, many times that he has “confessed” to the attack because he was “radicalized” and that he received help from terrorists in Yemen. All too convenient of a story isn’t it? Billions on the line in Yemen, Obama tries to assassinated a guy there killing scores of innocent people instead, and ALL OF A SUDDEN we have this guy coming out of the woodwork with his silly “underwear bomb”.

After scouring though all his emails (I told you they keep every single comment and email forever) the only “radical” thing the media can say about him… is he’s lonely. Imaging that; a lonely student.

Well, what isn’t the MSM and President Obama telling you about Abdulmutallab that is relevant to the story? Let me fill in some blanks.

1. The Underwear Bomber’s IMF and World Bank indebted Father

Abdulmutallab’s father is indeed a banker just as the MSM has said. The interesting thing is, he’s not JUST a banker, he is THE banker in Nigeria. According to a recent Times story, Abdulmutallab’s father, Umaru Mutallab is one of the wealthiest men in Africa; that says a lot in a continent as corrupt as Africa.

In Nigeria, the nation Umaru Mutallab lives in, according to the World Bank, 53% of the population lives on less than $1 per day. Abject poverty is rampant in Nigeria and so are human rights violations. Kinda has to be that way to keep the super wealthy in control of the population.

On February 25, police killed approximately 50 persons, burned nearly 100 homes, and destroyed more than 150 market stalls in Ogaminana, just outside Okene, Adavi local government area, Kogi State.

On November 27, in Jos, ethno-religious violence erupted during the vote tabulation for the Jos North Local Government Area elections resulting in the deaths of approximately 300 persons. Credible reports indicate the police and military used lethal force during attempts to quell the violence, killing approximately 100 civilians.

Police officers were not held accountable for excessive or deadly force or for the deaths of persons in custody. Police generally operated with impunity in the apprehension, illegal detention, and sometimes execution of criminal suspects. 2008 US State Deptment Report on Human Rights Violations in Nigeria

How did Abdulmutallab’s father become so wealthy in the first place? Umaru Mutallab was the Nigerian Minister of Economic Development in 1975. He then spent a decade as the Managing Director and CEO of United Bank for Africa. For the last ten years, Umaru has been the chairman of the First Bank of Nigeria.

So, Abdulmutallab’s father was instrumental through his government position in facilitating the World Bank and IMF’s entrance into the Nigerian economic system. He then goes on to head up several banks making himself filthy rich while the vast majority of Nigeria is impoverished to unprecedented degrees all the time and kept in check by ruthless police and military oppression.

That’s the “underwear bomber’s” “banker” father; a corrupt Nigerian banker with excessive connections to the IMF and the World Bank and who OWES everything he has to them.

So far what we know about Daddy Warbucks is this; he went to the State Department (U.S. Embassy) and then he went to the CIA offices in Nigeria supposedly to “warn” them about his “radicalized” son. Yet, no emails or web comments appear to make Abdulmutallab look very radical. So why was Daddy Warbucks with his deep IMF and World Bank connections really meeting with the State Department (US Embassy) and CIA? Why is it that after the supposed “warnings” Abdulmutallab was STILL able to get on that flight with all the warning signs and red flags? Hmm?

When Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab’s father in Nigeria reported concern over his son’s “radicalization” to the U.S. Embassy there last month (Nov. 19th), intelligence officials in the United States deemed the information insufficient to pursue. Washington Post

Abdulmutallab’s father Alhaji Uma Abdulmutallab, a prominent banker, was said to have had one face-to-face meeting with a CIA official in Nigeria (just 5 weeks ago) and several contacts by telephone. Telegraph

2. The Underwear Bombers Mother

Abdulmutallab’s mother isn’t talked about much. Ever wonder why that is? Well, I’ll tell you; it’s because she is from Yemen. That’s right. Yes, Abdulmutallab went to Yemen. But is it possible he went to visit his mother or other relatives there and NOT “al-Qaeda” operatives? It’s hard to figure out, because everything about his mother is being scrubbed up on the net. Very little is being said about her and who she is. But this much I know, she is from Yemen and may live there, or may not. I will continue looking into it.

Now, here is what we have learned;

• Yemen increased its national debt to the tune of 5 billion dollars from July to September of this year (they may have borrowed more since Sept). The IMF, World Bank, and Paris Club members are on the hook for that money if the revolution in Yemen is successful.

• A World Bank and IMF indebted super wealthy “free-market” reformer in Nigeria goes to the State Department and then to the CIA in Nigeria to talk about his son.

• That same son, for reasons unknown decides “out of the blue” to sit on a small amount of explosives in a plane in Detroit. The CIA somehow misses the warning signs.

• The FBI announces immediately that the son “confessed’ that it was all Yemen’s fault.

• After the attack, all the banking controlled congressmen and the Obama administration announce we will attack “the terrorists” in Yemen and thus help “stabilize” the current corrupt government of that nation.

Now, one more thing… this one is funny actually that no one else caught it.

Daddy Warbucks, Umaru Mutallab (remember, one of the wealthiest men in Africa, banker extraordinaire) played a major role in introducing Islamic banking into Nigeria. Islamic Banking is represented and organized globally by what is called the Islamic Development Bank which is deeply involved with Nigeria now (thanks in part to Umaru Mutallab) mainly through a bank called Jaiz Bank.

Umaru Mutallab sits on the board of Jaiz Bank and is in fact it’s chairman.

This year, however, should see the launch of Nigeria’s first Islamic bank. A holding company called Jaiz International, has been set up in the country to launch what will eventually be called Jaiz Bank International. It is being supported in its endeavours by the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), which is helping to ensure that the launch of Jaiz is a success and that the bank complies with international banking regulations and Nigerian laws. All Business 2007

Well look at that. Jaiz Bank, headed up by the “underwear bombers’ father is in fact supported financially by the Islamic Development Bank (IDB).

Now remember what I first put up in this article, the IDB is also heavily invested in the neoliberal reforms of Yemen’s economy which are at this very moment, under serious risk of the ongoing revolution in that country.

Daddy Warbucks, whose banking ties are under threat of serious set-backs, goes to the State Department and then the CIA and all of a sudden his lonely, college drop-out, populist son, ends up getting on a flight and setting his nuts on fire and the good-old U.S. of A can now come running in to the rescue to save all those precious investments in Yemen that are directly tied to, you guessed it, the underwear bomber’s daddy. A small world, ain’t it?

I hope that clears things up a little bit.

Either that or they just “hate us for our freedom”. Take your pick.

It is a glaring example that there is precious little difference between so-called liberals and conservatives on the subject of the government’s response to manufactured terrorism — the “progressive” Chris Matthews claims to be worried about terrorists boarding planes who know Kung Fu.

Matthews spewed this blather on MSNBC the other day. He was serious.

Matthews, of course, is merely parroting the government line that we have to “go after the terrorists.” It’s his job to keep the phony GWOT front and center. There is virtually no difference between MSNBC and Fox News on this. Both read from the same Pentagon script.

Getting serious about false flag terrorism means you’ll have to parade naked before TSA goons the next time you fly to see granny in Philly or take that business trip to save your company from extinction thanks to the bankster engineered depression now unfolding. The absurd and transparent underwear bomber fiasco has provided the government with an excuse to push their dangerous body scanners on the public. Gordon Brown is now demanding these machines be placed in all of Britain’s airports.

Meanwhile, Obama dispatched John Brennan to the Sunday talking head shows to peddle the al-Qaeda is going to get us message. “We’re determined to destroy al Qaeda,” Brennan told ABC News This Week. “And we’re working very closely not just with the Yemenis, but with our international partners, with the British, with the Saudis, and others, to make sure that we provide the Yemeni government the wherewithal to carry out this fight against al Qaeda.”

Brennan’s message lines up nicely with the one delivered by Gordon Brown last week. Brown wants to convene a summit with world leaders at the end of the month so they can best plan how to bomb Yemen and kill more villagers, who are of course with al-Qaeda. Yemen will be bombed back to the Stone Age (a not too difficult task, since the impoverished “failed state” is not too far removed from the Stone Age now, partly due to the IMF and its “structural adjustment” loan sharking operation).

Never mind Brennan’s glaring conflict of interest. He was CEO of the private company the government used to help manage a key terrorism database before he joined the administration. White House ethics counsel Norm Eisen has issued a waiver for Brennan. Former CIA bureaucrats like Brennan are above the law. After all, we are engaged in a war that will last decades, if not centuries, as the former administration told us. No time to waste on legalities.

Finally, in order to hype the message that al-Qaeda is out there and gunning for us, the U.S. has shuttered its embassy in Yemen this weekend. “I think it underscores the threat that al Qaeda in the Arab Peninsula poses to U.S. interests,” Brennan told the talking heads at Mockingbird Central, ABC News division. “We looked at the intelligence that is available as far as the plans for al Qaeda to carry out attacks in Sanaa possibly against our embassy, possibly against U.S. personnel, and decided it was the prudent thing to do to shut the embassy,” Brennan said.

John Brennan on Fox News Sunday talks about the embassy closure.

It won’t be long now. Bombs will probably rain on Yemen before Easter.

In the days and weeks ahead, we can expect the same message from the so-called liberals and conservatives: al-Qaeda is in Yemen, they know Kung Fu, and we have to send in the Marines and create another front in the global war on manufactured terrorism.

Underwear Bomber False Flag to be Exploited to Renew Draconian Patriot Act

Infowars.com
January 3, 2009

Prior to the underwear bomber incident on Christmas, the House of Representatives tabled legislation to “reform” the Constitution nullifying Patriot Act. On December 16, nine days before the patsy Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was delivered to the airport in Amsterdam by his handler, Congress decided to shuffle the law off into the New Year.

Wayne Madsen tells Russia Today the false flag non-attack will be used to push “Patriot Act 3.0.”

Many of the Patriot Act provisions were set to expire on January 1st.

David Kravets wrote for Wired at the time:

Under Wednesday’s action, the NSL-reform [National Security Letters] vote is also delayed until the New Year. And the three expiring provisions will remain in force at least through February. The extension came as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-California) balked at a Senate plan to include Patriot Act amendments into a $636 billion Pentagon funding measure, saying doing so would create “revolt on the left.”

In fact, the so-called “left” in Congress is as dedicated to implementing the government’s control grid as the “right.” The only difference is that Democrats engage in more hand-wringing over the legislation.

So-called liberal Democrats have pushed for renewal of the police state law, including the former Saturday Night Live comedian Al Franken, now a Democrat from Minnesota.

Judge Napolitano comments on the unconstitutionality of the Patriot Act.

“Heightened terrorist activity in recent days and months — from the attempted bombing of a U.S. airliner on Christmas Day to the shootings at Fort Hood, to the murder of a Saudi Arabian border guard by Yemeni insurgents, reveal that our need for robust intelligence gathering tools has not diminished since 9/11,” declared Republican Congressman Dan Lungren on December 31.

The false flag terror operation above Detroit will be used to squelch any opposition to renewing the Patriot Act in February.

Funny how things work.

5 Myths about Keeping America Safe from Terrorism

By Stephen Flynn

January 3, 2010 "
Washington Post" -- With President Obama declaring a "systemic failure" of our security system in the wake of the attempted Christmas bombing of a Detroit-bound airliner, familiar arguments about what can and should be done to reduce America's vulnerabilities are again filling the airwaves, editorial pages and blogosphere. Several of these arguments are based on assumptions that guided the U.S. response to the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks -- and unfortunately, they are as unfounded now as they were then. The biggest whopper of all? The paternalistic assertion that the government can keep us all safe without our help.

1. Terrorism is the gravest threat facing the American people.

Americans are at far greater risk of being killed in accidents or by viruses than by acts of terrorism. In 2008, more than 37,300 Americans perished on the nation's highways, according to government data. Even before H1N1, a similar number of people died each year from the seasonal flu. Terrorism is a real and potentially consequential danger. But the greatest threat isn't posed by the direct harm terrorists could inflict; it comes from what we do to ourselves when we are spooked. It is how we react -- or more precisely, how we overreact -- to the threat of terrorism that makes it an appealing tool for our adversaries. By grounding commercial aviation and effectively closing our borders after the 2001 attacks, Washington accomplished something no foreign state could have hoped to achieve: a blockade on the economy of the world's sole superpower. While we cannot expect to be completely successful at intercepting terrorist attacks, we must get a better handle on how we respond when they happen.

2. When it comes to preventing terrorism, the only real defense is a good offense.

The cornerstone of the Bush administration's approach to dealing with the terrorist threat was to take the battle to the enemy. But offense has its limits. We still aren't generating sufficiently accurate and timely tactical intelligence to adequately support U.S. counterterrorism efforts overseas. And going after terrorists abroad hardly means they won't manage to strike us at home. Just days before the attempted bombing of Northwest Airlines Flight 253, the United States collaborated with the Yemeni government on raids against al-Qaeda militants there. The group known as al-Qaeda of the Arabian Peninsula is now claiming responsibility for having equipped and trained Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, who allegedly tried to blow up the flight. The group is also leveraging the raids to recruit militants and mount protests against Yemen's already fragile central government.

At the same time, an emphasis on offense has often come at the expense of investing in effective defensive measures, such as maintaining quality watch lists, sharing information about threats, safeguarding such critical assets as the nation's food and energy supplies, and preparing for large-scale emergencies. After authorities said Abdulmutallab had hidden explosives in his underwear, airline screeners held up flights to do stepped-up passenger pat-downs at boarding gates -- pat-downs that inevitably avoided passengers' crotches and buttocks. This kind of quick fix only tends to fuel public cynicism about security efforts. But if we can implement smart security measures ahead of time (such as requiring refineries next to densely populated areas to use safer chemicals when they manufacture high-octane gas), we won't be incapacitated when terrorists strike. Strengthening our national ability to withstand and rapidly recover from terrorism will make the United States a less appealing target. In combating terrorism, as in sports, success requires both a capable offense and a strong defense.

3. Getting better control over America's borders is essential to making us safer.

Our borders will never serve as a meaningful line of defense against terrorism. The inspectors at our ports, border crossings and airports have important roles when it comes to managing immigration and the flow of commerce, but they play only a bit part in stopping would-be attackers. This is because terrorist threats do not originate at our land borders with Mexico and Canada, nor along our 12,000 miles of coastline. They originate at home as well as abroad, and they exploit global networks such as the transportation system that moved 500 million cargo containers through the world's ports in 2008. Moreover, terrorists' travel documents are often in perfect order. This was the case with Abdulmutallab, as well as with shoe-bomber Richard Reid in 2001. Complaints about porous borders may play well politically, but they distract us from the more challenging task of forging international cooperation to strengthen safeguards for our global transportation, travel and financial systems. They also sidestep the disturbing fact that the number of terrorism-related cases involving U.S. residents reached a new high in 2009.

4. Investing in new technology is key to better security.

Not necessarily. Technology can be helpful, but too often it ends up being part of the problem. Placing too much reliance on sophisticated tools such as X-ray machines often leaves the people staffing our front lines consumed with monitoring and troubleshooting these systems. Consequently, they become more caught up in process than outcomes. And as soon procedures become routine, a determined bad guy can game them. We would do well to heed two lessons the U.S. military has learned from combating insurgents in Iraq and Afghanistan: First, don't do things in rote and predictable ways, and second, don't alienate the people you are trying to protect. Too much of what is promoted as homeland security disregards these lessons. It is true that technology such as full-body imaging machines, which have received so much attention in the past week, are far more effective than metal detectors at screening airline passengers. But new technologies are also expensive, and they are no substitute for well-trained professionals who are empowered and rewarded for exercising good judgment.

5. Average citizens aren't an effective bulwark against terrorist attacks.

Elite pundits and policymakers routinely dismiss the ability of ordinary people to respond effectively when they are in harm's way. It's ironic that this misconception has animated much of the government's approach to homeland security since Sept. 11, 2001, given that the only successful counterterrorist action that day came from the passengers aboard United Airlines Flight 93. These passengers didn't have the help of federal air marshals. The Defense Department's North American Aerospace Defense Command didn't intercept the plane -- it didn't even know the airliner had been hijacked. But by charging the cockpit over rural Pennsylvania, these private citizens prevented al-Qaeda terrorists from reaching their likely target of the U.S. Capitol or the White House. The government leaders whose constitutional duty is "to provide for the common defense" were defended by one thing alone -- an alert and heroic citizenry.

This misconception is particularly reckless because it ends up sidelining the greatest asset we have for managing the terrorism threat: the average people who are best positioned to detect and respond to terrorist activities. We have only to look to the attempted Christmas Day attack to validate this truth. Once again it was the government that fell short, not ordinary people. A concerned Nigerian father, not the CIA or the National Security Agency, came forward with crucial information. And the courageous actions of the Dutch film director Jasper Schuringa and other passengers and crew members aboard Flight 253 thwarted the attack.
